By using a credit card, the entire shopping and purchasing process can be conducted online. However, our Customer Service Department is available to receive fax and phone orders, if preferred.

Finding a Product

You have two options for finding the product(s) you are interested in. You can type in the name of the product in the "search" dialogue box and click the "GO" button. Or, you can choose a product category and browse the catalog. The search function allows you to search by keyword or part number, depending on the value selected below the search text.

 

How do I Order Online?

It's simple! Just follow these easy steps:

• First, fill your shopping cart with the products you are interested in purchasing. This is done by clicking the "Add to Cart" button that is located with each product description.
  
  
• When you have selected all of the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button.
  
  
• At this point, you are given two options: purchase online via credit card or print your order and fax it to Santech Computer Stores at Fax 310-473-6100. To use a credit card online, click the "Purchase Online" button.
  
  
• Next, complete all of the required fields on the billing and shipping information forms. When complete, click the "Continue" button.
  
  
• Now, choose your preferred shipping method and click the "Continue" button.
  
  
• A summary of your order is now on the screen for your review/edit. When you are satisfied with your order's accuracy, click the "Continue" button.
  
  
• A dialogue box will inform you that the order will now be submitted. Click on the "confirm"
  button to process the order.
  
  
• A confirmation page will be generated. Please print this page as your receipt.

 

Ordering and Payment Options

If you prefer not to use a credit card for an online purchase, you have the option of faxing your order to Santech Computer Store's Customer Service Department. Simply print your shopping cart and fax it to Fax 310-473-6100. Or, you can place a phone order by calling Sales 310-473-6000.

Santech Computer Stores accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When you have completed the online ordering process, an order confirmation page is generated online. Simply print this page as your order receipt.
