DESCRIPTIONS OF CONDITIONS STATED |

This is both general and specific information about terms we use to describe our products. We hope this will help our customers better understand the product we are selling.

| "New" | This product is brand new, no screw marks, clean, and no signs of installation. Often this product is retail packaged, in sealed static bags, or otherwise sealed packaging. |
| "New Out of Box" | "Product Only." This is a new product, with original warranty, used for display/demonstration purposes only. This product is not in its original package, and may be missing manual, drivers, diskettes, etc. |
| "New Pulls" | Generally, this term is given to products that have been previously assembled into a computer system, and due to a change in specification, or cancelled order, they were subsequently removed--another similar term could be "new-tested". Specifically, any type of card (video, sound, modem, etc.) that may have screw marks or other signs of installation but the card should otherwise appear unused. With any type of external device a new pull may mean that there are slight scratches or marks on the bottom of the devices. |
| "Like New" | You may consider this product to look and perform like new, however, it may have been in use for some time before selling. This product may show signs of installation, but should look and perform like new otherwise. It may have been used for display, demonstration, or training purposes. This product should be clean, but may actually look a bit more used than new. This product may include a warranty from either the manufacturer, or from the seller. |
| "Refurbished" | This product is reconditioned by either the manufacturer, if stated, or by a third party. You may consider this product to look and perform like new, however, it may have been in use some time before reconditioning. Normally if refurbished by the manufacturer, the product could actually be considered a New Pull. this product may show signs of installation, but should look and perform like new otherwise. If refurbished by a third party, the product should be clean but may actually look a bit more used than new. This product may include a warranty from either the manufacturer, or from the seller. |
| "Used" | The product has been installed and in use of some kind, either as a test bench part or in workstations. It may show both signs of installation and signs of use. |
| "As Is" | This auction states all known problems with this unit, but there may be other problems that have not been diagnosed. Please make no assumptions or assume, worst case scenario, that the product is defective and is not functioning. This product is sold "AS IS", and is NOT covered under warranty. all sales are final |
| "Notebooks and Systems" | If no operating system is indicated in the ad, then these computers have Command Prompt loaded and ready for the operating system of your choice. If Notebook, the battery is included, but is not covered under warranty. |
| "Printers" | Unless otherwise stated, the listed product will not come with ink, toner, data cable, NIC card, or drivers. |
| "Cosmetics" | Some products may have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, cracks, etc., which do not affect the functionality or performance of the unit. |

Return Materials Authorization Policy It is Santech's policy to provide the highest possible level of service to our customers. To this end, Santech has developed and trained a professional staff to address our customer requirements. Our Customer Service department is available to support our customers with respect to post sales activities, including product return. Santech's return policy is limited and subject to the return policy of our manufacturers and vendors. Additionally, Santech reserves the right to modify its policy as circumstances dictate. PRODUCT RETURN
|
Products may be returned to Santech under the following conditions. However, all returns are subject to certain conditions and must conform to Santech's Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure. All return material authorization requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice reflecting the serial number of the product. All non-defective product returns for service or exchange are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, and must be completed within 10 days of the date of invoice, and it is solely at Santech's discretion to accept. CONDITION 1: PRODUCTS DOA OR OTHERWISE DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT Defective products may be returned for either repair or exchange. Santech's Customer Service Department will assist and support the customer with all repairs or exchanges that must be returned directly to the manufacturer. All products returned or exchanged under this condition must be addressed within ten (10) days from the invoice date. DOA is defined as "out of box without power." CONDITION 2: PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to the merchandise shall pass to customer as soon as such merchandise is picked up by a carrier for delivery to the customer. Customer is therefore responsible for inspecting all packages for damage before signing delivery receipt. All claims for damages or loss, whether apparent or concealed, shall be filed by customer with the carrier. Damaged products may be returned for either repair or exchange, and it is solely at Santech's discretion to accept. The repair or exchange of the products is dependent on the condition of the unit. However all return and subsequent claims are subject to appropriate insurance coverage. Please note that claims for loss or damaged shipments must be made within five days from either the receipt of shipment for damaged goods, or five days from invoice date for lost shipments. CONDITION 3: PRODUCT BEING RETURNED FOR WARRANTY REPAIR OR OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR Defective in-warranty product can be exchanged or repaired at Santech, at its sole discretion, within 30 days of sale. (Exception: Repair or exchange of defective software must be arranged for directly with manufacturer.) Santech is an authorized service center for many products. Santech will provide a competitive estimate for all out- of- warranty repair with very fast turn around time for all services.

| DELIVERY / SHIPPING | Customer must be present to accept delivery. In the
event that the customer is unable to take delivery of the purchased item at the
originally
agreed upon time, and said customer failed to give reasonable notice of such inability, there
will be an additional charge for a second delivery. Customer must specify upstairs
delivery at the time of purchase or pay a service charge. All returned
items must be fully insured and securely protected and packaged, with
freight charges prepaid. All products received damaged, tampered with,
altered, and/or abused will be subject to refusal and warranty voided. The cost of freight of
transportation to and from Santech, in order to complete any repair service under the terms of
any manufacturer's limited warranty, will be at the expense of, and charged to, the
customer. Customer shall not have the right to unilaterally cancel the order or reject
the product(s) based upon any delay in delivery which is beyond the control of Santech as set
forth in this paragraph. In the absence of specific shipping instructions, Santech will use
its own discretion in its choice of method of transportation and carrier. Santech assumes no
responsibility for insuring shipments unless specified by customer, in which event such
insurance shall be based on customer's valuation and at customer's expense.
